Track night w/ the long run
Every Tuesday night join Ethan from The Long Run. RTMC is partnering with The Long Run to have a supported track workout.
The workout leaves from The Long Run with a warm up run to Tom Black Track, a supported workout by Ethan, and then a run back to the store. Stick around after and socialize with everyone else.
